THE NAME

Arumai (ah-roo-my) is a Tamil word for excellence. It describes something rare and valuable, something whose worth is obvious once you see it but hard to come by. In Tamil, you do not call ordinary work arumai. You save the word for things that are done exceptionally well.

Standard is a word every manufacturer already lives by. It is the spec on the drawing, the tolerance on the part, the work instruction that makes quality repeatable instead of lucky.

Put together, Arumai Standard means a simple promise: excellence as the baseline, not the exception. That is what we help custom and engineer-to-order manufacturers build with AI.

WHY WE EXIST
